Problem Statement
The reports of the driver's trip indicated that the driver had visited more than 6 shops/day for pickup oil. But it's only 40% of the shops have oil.
From the reason that the shop doesn't have enough oil to sell or has recently sold oil to other companies. We lack the loyalty of the store and lack of communication between the driver and the shop. As a result of driving 1 trip, there are only a few shops that are ready to sell to us.
Solutions
The aim is to build a platform to communicate UCO drivers to shops build loyalty, and organize shop on the system. Loyalty and communication are important in marketing direction to target that can benefit long-term.
This analysis is based on forecasting and analyzing data from the UCO database. to determine the demographics of potential consumers and their needs.
Expectations and what drives their motivation; analyze the scope of current business. And assess competitors' market positioning/ features; identify pain points of consumers. Empathy research was conducted using the following proposed methodologies.
